Logging in

If you have problems logging in, the following may be of help:

I am unable to log in - my magic link doesn't work.

For reasons of security, the magic links can only be used once.

We have noticed that some email filters (mostly those used by Universities) "click" the magic links to make sure that they are safe, and in doing so, expire the links before you able to click them ---  preventing you from logging in.

The only way around this is to log in with a username and password - however, you will be unable to find out your username or password, or reset your password as this process also makes use of a magic link.

I have not received my Magic Link

Many academic institutions employ a range of spam prevention measures. Sometimes, the 'magic link' can end up in quarantine, or your spam folder. Should this happen, please log in with your email address and password.

If you don't have a password, you can set one here.

I am unable to log in because my email address has changed

If your email address has changed (this can happen when people move institutions), please contact us so that we can update your email address. We will need some proof of identity.

To prevent this problem, it is best to use an email address that will follow you.

I have forgotten my password / I do not know my password

Please reset your password using the forgotten password link. If this does not work for you, please contact us for assistance.
