Help – I can’t log in!
For reasons of security, the magic links can only be used once. We have noticed that some email filters (mostly those used by Universities) “click” the magic links to make sure that they are safe, and in doing so, expire the links before you are able to click them — preventing you from logging in.
The only way around this is to log in with a username and password – however, you will be unable to find out your username or password, or reset your password as this process also makes use of a magic link. You will find this most frustrating. To save yourself from this frustration, please use the contact form to ask for help. Our friendly, volunteer website administrator will be able to help you.
