Assistant Professor in Late Medieval and Renaissance Italian Studies

The University of Pennsylvania announces a tenure-track Assistant Professor position with a focus on Italian and Latin Humanism (late medieval and Renaissance Italian Studies) in the Department of Romance Languages to begin July 1, 2013. A demonstrated commitment to excellence in scholarship and teaching is required. The candidates will be expected to teach a general education undergraduate course in translation once a year. Ph.D  is expected by the start of the appointment.
