The SRS sponsors a number of ‘Society for Renaissance Studies Occasional Lectures’. These are public lectures and can be held anywhere in the UK. Lectures that the Society agrees to sponsor will probably be interdisciplinary in theme and character. Sponsorship will cover a fee and the lecturer’s expenses up to a limit of £200 per lecture.
Individuals who would like to host and organize a Society for Renaissance Studies Occasional Lecture should submit a short proposal, indicating the subject or theme for the lecture and the speaker who is to be invited, to:
